At ROMA luxe, each candle is hand-poured with precision, intention, and care. We ensure that every product meets our highest standards before it leaves our atelier. However, in the rare event that your experience falls short of perfect, we’re here to make it right.

We accept requests for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

How do I return an item?

You can return any unused and unopened product within 24 hours
Simply contact our support team with your order ID, and we will guide you through the return process.

You have 24 hours  from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
